Programs and Pricing

CrossFit

CrossFit Level 1, 2, or 3 coaches instruct all CrossFit classes. The maximum amount of individuals per class is 15 on a first come first serve basis. Limiting the number of participants is to ensure proper safety and coaching. Each class is 60 minutes and includes a warm up, variation of specific strength/skill movements, mobility, WOD, and cool down.

Olympic Weightlifting

The Olympic Weightlifting class is used as a supplement to CrossFit. A certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach will teach the class which consists of some variation of a snatch, clean, or press. This class is to help you become proficient with your technique in order to lift heavy, SAFELY.

Open Gym

Open Gym is for members (included) and non-members (must pay drop-in). Open Gym hours are for individuals who want to put in extra work on skills/technique (Olympic lifts, gymnastics, or conditioning) or who want to make up a class they have missed. Certified CrossFit and USA Weightlifting coaches are always present during these hours to provide assistance with any functional movement.

Foundation

CrossFit 3090 offers two foundation program options: Beginner Foundations and Advanced Foundations. These programs are required for individuals new to CrossFit who want to ramp into our fast paced group classes. A foundations course is suitable for all fitness levels, from couch potato to the avid gym goer. The purpose of foundations is to learn all scaleable options for the programmed daily workouts without slowing down the class pace. Furthermore, our coaches will introduce and refine technique, while assessing proper range of motion for all of the basic CrossFit functional movements.

The Beginner Foundations course consists of (1) 60-minute session with a coach after completing the FREE 3-Class Introduction series. The cost of the Beginner Foundations course is $35.00. The Advanced Foundations course is available if you choose to “opt out” of the FREE 3-Class Introduction series. Advanced Foundations will consists of (2) 60-minute sessions with a coach and costs $100.00.

Personal Training

CrossFit 3090 offers individualized personal training with a coach of your choice. Each personal training session runs 45 minutes – 1 hour depending on your individual goals. Personal training sessions are scheduled at your convenience. Our rates for personal training are as follows:

1 Session: $50.00

5 Sessions: $225.00

10 Sessions: $400.00
